Mopar and Jeep Brand Have Unveiled New Concepts for 51st Moab Easter Jeep Safari!

It’s that time of year again, when we start getting excited for the approaching annual Jeep Easter Safari in Moab, UT. This year, the Jeep brand and Mopar have turned out some decidedly awesome and covetable concept vehicles to bring to the event, and as always, we at Preferred Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Muskegon are quite smitten with them. Take a look below to read a bit about each model!

There are so far seven concept vehicles ready to deploy in Moab, UT and feel the sand beneath their tires:

  • Jeep Grand One will honor the 25th Anniversary of the 1993 Grand Cheroke ZJ
  • The Jeep Safari is meant to reflect that safari feeling, with views all around while still keeping you safe from the elements (or the animals—it’s called Safari after all!).
  • The Jeep Quicksand takes on a more performance-oriented approach, styled after hot rods and meant for the sand dunes, this concept vehicle is all about the adventure.
  • The Jeep Trailpass takes the Compass Trailhawk®’s inherent capability and ups the cargo capacity and overall utility.
  • The Jeep Switchback is meant to showcase awesome off-road prowess, adding capability through a four-inch lift kit, 37-inch tires, and superior Dana 55 axles, among other high-end Jeep brand and Mopar equipment.
  • Honoring the generations, the Jeep CJ66 will debut in Moab featuring the 1966 body of the Jeep Wrangler CJ universal Tuxedo Park, and brandishing a 5.7-liter HEMI® engine.
  • Last but certainly not least, the Jeep Luminator is here to light the way—literally. It features powerful LED lights all around, as well as LED spotlights, fog lights, and even a scanning LED light bar on the hood. This model will brighten up any adventure.
