The applicant must perform the following duties:
--Develops buyers by providing honest and confident feedback; understanding their requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; suggesting purchase options; inviting them to upcoming events; greeting drop-ins in a timely manner; responding to inquiries.
--Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives; explaining warranties, provisions and services.
--Closes sales by gathering detailed information, coordinating after-market accessories and services; delivering automobiles.
--Retains customer relationships by contacting them regularly to follow up on purchases; suggesting trade-ins; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
--Performs daily required sales position maintenance tasks by making outbound phone calls; taking inbound phone calls; sending/answering customer emails; participating in daily meetings and training; researching available inventory; completing other duties as assigned.
--Regularly communicates with supervisors by providing required information and updates; listening to suggestions; completing reports; following through with requests.
